Lochinvar
Lochinvar Corporate Headquarters, Manufacturing, R&D Facility, and Training Center
Walker Electric, along with Bacar, completed the original construction of a 308,000 square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility for Lochinvar, which consolidated operations from six separate facilities throughout Tennessee, to the new World Headquarters building in Lebanon. In 2010, we helped to expand the Finished Goods Warehouse; and in the fall of 2014 began a major expansion that included an additional 71,000 square of Receiving Warehouse, a doubling of the size of the R&D; Lab along with a major office expansion and renovation. Walker was responsible for electrical power distribution, lighting for distribution center and offices with roadway and parking lot lighting, fire alarm, telecom/data, as well as lightning protection.

Granges
A total of 105,000 square foot addition to the Granges Aluminum Plant in Huntingdon, TN. Our design-build scope included additional power infrastructure, lighting, and systems rough-in for casting, annealing, and slitting lines. Modifications were performed to the existing equipment to add a total of 13.6 megawatts of new power for future process equipment.

Portobello Tile
Approximately 1 million square foot tile North American manufacturing facility for Portobello America in Baxter, TN. Work included (4), 4000-amp services to service the facility, office space to support North American sales and manufacturing teams, and power distribution to serve process equipment.
