Hillsboro High School

$11.5 million renovation and addition to Hillsboro High School for Metro-Nashville Public Schools. Project was performed in two phases. Phase one consisted of a 100,000 square foot addition. Phase two consisted of renovating 140,000 square feet of the existing facility. Various campus improvements were performed, including upgraded electrical and mechanical utilities, parking garage with a rooftop sports field, and athletic facility improvements.

Middle Tennessee State University

A new 3-story, 257,000 square foot classroom and laboratory building for MTSU. Project was centrally located on the campus and required coordinated cutover of electrical and communications services to maintain campus operations.

Nashville West Police Precinct

The Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County's West Police Precinct was an adaptive reuse project that required transforming an abandoned car dealership, badly damaged from the flood of May 2010, into a state-of-the-art police precinct to serve the residents and businesses of the Nashville metropolitan area. This facility met gold LEED certification with 24,000 square feet of office space and 16,000 square feet of garage space with electric vehicle charging stations. This project provided Roll Call Facilities, Patrol Officer Offices, Investigative Offices, Locker Facilities, Covered Parking Areas and a Community Room for Metro and Public meetings and press conferences.

Midtown Police Precinct

This was a 45,000 square foot, $890,000.00, new construction for the Metro Nashville Police Department. This project provides roll call facilities, patrol officer offices, investigative offices, locker facilities, covered parking areas, and a large community room for Metro and public meetings, press conferences, and community events. The Midtown Hills precinct serves more than 46 square miles. The project was completed without disrupting traffic and pedestrians on 12th Avenue: a main road leading into downtown Nashville. This was a LEED Gold certified facility.
